  always freezing inside, which if your wearing a suit or business attire, it's fine
  the bread is quality, but should be kept warm with the right humidity. It is always cold and seems not so fresh.
  not that high on value
  corporate feel (it is a chain restaurant y'know)

  I love Panera and have never experienced service like this before. It's 545 pm on a Sunday and they are out of everything and on top of that look like they are getting ready to close!!! No bread!! No bakery items!!! For me speaking up , the sandwich we ordered gets thrown together and looked horrible! The manger is not apologetic and this isn't the first time we have had issues. The cashier was not friendly nor was the girl who brought out our food. We were not offered anything else in the place. It sucks that this is the only Panera around us!!!!

  Used my reward of you-pick-2 and when I ordered the white cheddar steak with Mac & cheese the actual sandwich was a third not half of the sandwich. Thank goodness I didn't pay for it because of the reward! It would have been a big disappointment. Well it was in a way!
