  Not a Quick stop. I couldn't imagine why this McDonald's got such a low rating until I stood in the lobby for ten minutes while waiting for my order to be filled. Slow food with fast food tastes.

  Worst experience ever. Placed order for a steak,egg,cheese bagel and sausage burrito. Took 20 min to get me this order and they forgot the egg on my sandwich. When I went back the lady was so rude she says in front of me and other customers "I need a break I can't take these people". I wish I had more time I would've spoke to a manager.

  Slowest McDonald's in the US. We placed an order with the self-service stations because there was a wait at the counter and two customers waiting. We submitted our order before the other two customers yet we waited longer than both. Our meal has delivered halfway​to our table minus soda cups. The soda station was missing lids. The staff was apathetic at best; having conversations with each other and ignoring customers at the counter. This experience certainly doesn't give the impression the people working there deserved the $15/hour they insist they should have. I know, it's McDonald's, but c'mon...

  I used to work at McDs in hs. Great team training. Not so now. Horrible. One counter person at peak breakfast time on an interstate location. And that person was not at the counter. I and about six other people walked out and went to BK (which was just as bad). These restaurants are an insult to the brands. Need area director visit, better staff, and some training asap. I would go elsewhere. Hope mgmt reads this bc they are losing money.
